My approach to therapy is to help individuals uncover the root causes of problems in their life, increase their self-awareness and make connections to have the life they deserve. I empower my clients to find their voice and recognize their many gifts and talents, so they can live a life of authenticity, valuing who they are.

My role as a therapist is meeting my clients where they are, and sitting with them in their pain. Together, we create a safe, confidential space to discuss issues openly without shame or guilt. We then begin uncovering the layers, tackling the issues and working towards the journey of healing and self-fulfillment.
